Pricing:

As manufacturers, wholesale pricing is valid only for the quantities stated in your cost guide.  As always, prices are subject to change without notice.  Although, we will always do our best to advise of any adjustments prior to, or at the time your order is placed with us.

 

Conditions of NOC Distributorship & Minimum Order Requirements:

Pricing and support programs available through NOC offer some of the best opportunities industry-wide for our distributors.  We require a very modest $750.00 opening inventory order (all freight charges on this shipment will be paid by NewOctave up to $50).  This will be required to set up your account which will also grant you full on-line privileges to access up-to-date wholesale pricing data and special offers.  Initial order is payable by credit card (Visa/MC), cashiers check or money order in advance of shipment, unless prior arrangements have been made.  All subsequent orders must meet a minimum of $250.00 (not including shipping) which will be billed to your open account (OAC or L/C) or may be paid in advance.  Any subsequent order of $900 or more will also qualify for free freight (some restrictions apply*).  Wholesale distributors who wish exclusive demographic areas will be required to meet specific guidelines and other requirements in exchange for our non-compete agreement. All NOC accounts will be audited from time to time and may be shifted to "retail" or "non-referral" status if annualized sales repeatedly fall below $2,500.00.  

 

Open Billing Accounts: Our terms are Net 30, without exception.  A late charge of $7.50 will be applied on all overdue invoices on the 31st day after the invoice date, and again every 15 days until paid in full.  On substantially larger orders, prepayment may be required to cover some or all production costs.  Full details will be provided upon request or application of credit, if elected.

 

Guarantee and Return Policy:

Our NOC products are manufactured under strict supervision and are fully guaranteed against defects and workmanship.  All tools come with a lifetime replacement guarantee**.  Pictures and descriptions shown in our catalogue are reasonably accurate representations of the products available.  As such, NOC makes no warranty as to inconsequential design changes and reserves the right to substitute like items of the same or better quality/function without prior notice.  Should any item purchased from us fail to perform in accordance with its particular use, simply return it for exchange or credit***.  Any products returned to us for warranty service/replacement (at the option of NOC) must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) obtainable by email (rma@newoctave.com) and must be in "new" condition with all hardware, packing and instructions (if any).  In the unlikely event that you receive product in physically damaged condition, please contact us or the shipper immediately and retain packaging until instructed otherwise.  Delays may void your claim of insurance coverage which will be included with all orders.  Shipping and postage costs are not refundable unless either of the following conditions apply:  1) our error in shipping address or product(s)   or 2) warrantee service within 90 days from the original purchase date. 

 

Return authorization:

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (return merchandise authorization) which may be obtained by email rma@newoctave.com.

Under no circumstances will non-warranty RMA's be issued beyond 30 days.

Any product returned without the assigned RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused.

Shipping:

Generally, orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped by UPS.  Tracking #’s will be furnished by email upon dispatch.  When prepaying by personal or business check, shipment may be delayed to allow for funds verification (policy automatic for new dealers).  If an open account has not been established, payment on larger orders should be made by money order or cashiers’ check.  Expedited / overnight delivery is also available upon request and will be charged accordingly.   Misdirected shipments, by no fault of ours, will be chargeable to you, per carrier imposition.  Please confirm your address with us when ordering.

 

Backorders:

Backordered item(s) valued at under $50.00 which can not be sent within 60 days will be purged from our system, unless otherwise requested.

* Up to $25.00USD. 
*Your account must be in good standing and in full compliance with all NOC terms including MAP requirements to qualify for applicable discounts & promotions.
*Orders placed by phone or paid by credit card are not eligible for freight discounts under this program.

** Electronic, felt and rubber mutes excepted. To retain your rights, all warranty claims for repair or  replacement of NewOctave Global™ products must be made directly through  NOC;

DO NOT VOID YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY! DISTRIBUTORS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE ON  BEHALF OF NOC.    

*** No refunds-credit only.  In the event that a product is returned to us for which defect is claimed, and we are denied the option to claim insurance, repair or replace the item (at our option), a restocking fee will apply of 25% and no refund of carriage fees will be made. Any amounts paid by us under promotion (free shipping, etc.) will also be chargeable to the customer in addition to restocking fees referenced above.  Unless defective, NOC does not accept overstock or non-warranty returns of merchandise.
